Hulk Hogan is not paralyzed after recent back surgery, says the former wrestler’s representative.
Hogan, 69, was the topic of conversation during Sunday’s episode of The Kurt Angle Show when host Kurt Angle said the former wrestling superstar revealed some important details about his health while filming the 30th-anniversary episode of WWE’s Monday Night Raw. which was broadcast on January 2, 2023.
“Hogan had back surgery again. “He had the nerves cut from his lower body. He can’t feel his lower body. So let’s use his cane to walk around. I thought he was using the cane because he had pain in his back. He doesn’t have any pain, he has nothing at all. He can’t feel anything.

While the Olympic gold medalist raised concerns about Hogan — who appeared in the opening segment of the wrestling company’s tribute episode with no noticeable impairment — a representative for Hogan told Entertainment Tonight that the former WWE star is eligible to walk without a cane and “doing” well and he is not paralyzed.
“Everything is OK with him,” Hogan’s rep tells ET. “Hulk is someone with a lot of humor.”

In 2021, Hogan’s 34-year-old daughter Brooke talked about her father’s health journey during an appearance on the Hollywood Raw podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn, revealing that he had undergone approximately 25 surgeries over the past ten years.
She shared on the October 27, 2021, episode of the podcast, “he had his whole bicep…and everything tied up in his shoulder last year” “That was a disaster. He got MRSA, and that was a big deal. So, we had to go back.”
She added “He’s had both his knees replaced multiple times; I think twice on both. He’s had his hips done, He’s had his elbows checked. He’s had so many surgeries.”
At the time, she said, “Right now, he’s feeling great. He works out in the gym for two hours every day. He’s still putting things together.”
