Some time ago, a young man had threatened Salman in the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He also demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore. The police arrested this young man from Jamshedpur.
Now once again Salman Khan has been threatened in the name of Lawrence Bishnoi. Once again a ransom of Rs 5 crore has been demanded along with the threat. The person giving the threat has claimed that he is Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother.
Salman received threats again
According to the information, the police said that Mumbai Police’s traffic control had received a threatening message in the name of Lawrence Bishnoi. The police further said, in the message sent to the traffic control room, it had been claimed that Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother was speaking. The threat said ‘If Salman Khan wants to stay alive, he should go to our temple and apologize or give Rs 5 crore. If he does not do so, he will be killed, our gang is still active.
Police further said that they came to know about this threatening message yesterday when an officer working in the traffic control room read it at midnight. Police are currently searching for the person who sent the message.
A person who threatened has been arrested
In October too, Salman had received a similar threat, after an investigation in which the police arrested a 24-year-old youth from Jamshedpur. The police had informed that the person who threatened Salman works as a vegetable seller.
He had recently seen the news on TV about Lawrence Bishnoi threatening to kill Salman Khan. After this, he got the idea of demanding ransom. The man sent a threatening message to the WhatsApp number of Mumbai Traffic Police and then switched off his mobile.
Due to the threat from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and the death of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, Salman Khan’s security has been tightened further. The actor has been given Y plus security. But despite the threat to his life, Salman is fulfilling his work commitments.
Recently he has started shooting for director A.R. Murugadoss’s film ‘Sikander’. Meanwhile, Salman has also shot a cameo for Ajay Devgan’s film ‘Singham Again’.
